THE SIGNING CEREMONY OF COOPORATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN AVIVA VIETNAM AND THE VIETNAM RED CROSS SOCIETY

On November 15th, 2017, in Hanoi, Aviva Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited (Aviva Vietnam) held a signing ceremony of cooporation agreement with the Vietnam Red Cross Society to launch the Aviva Community Fund Program with the objective of bringing positive changes to the community and society.


In addition to its business objectives, in 2017, Aviva Vietnam also focused on conducting community development projects, typically the Aviva Community Fund (ACF). This is one of the most important corporate social responsibility programs of Aviva Corporation, which has gained a lot of success in many markets such as the UK, Canada, and Hong Kong. Vietnam is the first country in Southeast Asia in which Aviva has implemented the Aviva Community Fund Program in 2017.

The Vietnam Red Cross Society is one of the leading organizations in providing better life for the community and society in a variety of aspects such as healthcare, blood donation, prevention, response to disasters and social work.

With the goal of succession and promotion of the good tradition of humanity as well as bringing positive changes to the community nationwide, Aviva Vietnam has cooperated with the Vietnam Red Cross Society as a strategic partner to co-organize the Aviva Community Fund Program. The program will aim to call for and fund community projects from individuals and organizations in three areas: Environment and Community Support, Public Health and Education with a total funding amount up to $ 65,000 for 33 winning projects.

 

 

 


At the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement on November 15, 2017, the Vietnam Red Cross Society and Aviva Vietnam affirmed that they would continue to strengthen this relationship, coordinate with each other to bring the Aviva Community Fund 2017 to a new level and mark the sustainable cooperative relationship between the two organizations in future community programs.
