1. Notifications of renewal premium payment
To support customer to update information about due date policy submission, notification reminders carried out as following periods:
If the insurance policy not paid in time, policy owners will receive maximum 3 SMS:
Notice of premium due: -15 days before the premium due date
Notice of the first premium overdue: +15 days after the premium due date
Notice of the second premium overdue: +30 days after the premium due date
1.2 Premium reminder via letter:
Premium reminder notice will be sent once on the 30th day of extension of renewal premium payment if Aviva still not receive the renewal premium.
1.3 Making a phone call to policyholders:
30 days before the end of renewal premium payment, if the periodic premium is not paid, Aviva Customer Service's staff will call the Policy owner to remind about the renewal premium payment.
2. Methods of renewal premium payment
Currently, Aviva is applying the payment methods of renewal premium payment.
2.1 Payment at Vietinbank counters
Customer can deposit into the account of Aviva at any Transaction Office of Branch of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Industry And Trade (Vietinbank).

2.2 Transfer from your bank account to Aviva’s account
Customer can pay the renewal premium by transferring to the bank account of Aviva, with account information as follows:

The transfer fee will arise depending on which bank each. You will be free of the transfer fee if you transfer from your Vietinbank account to Aviva's Vietinbank account.
2.3. Payment at Aviva’s Customer Service Center in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi
Customer can pay by cash or card through POS at Aviva’s Customer Service Center in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi.
2.4. Payment by cash or card through MPOS to Consultant
As Aviva’s customer, you can pay by cash and card through MPOS to Consultant at home.
2.5. 2.5 Automatic payment with Vietinbank
Customer can pay premium regularly
Note: The service is applicable to customers of Aviva who have signed an authorization to auto debit and have an international credit card of VietinBank.
